Check Report

Here you can check on your previously filed report:

1. Your report number is that provided to you when filing the report.  Include dashes.  
   An example of the correct report number format is RFR-12345-A6B7.
   
2. Your password is that you created when filing the report.
3. If you do not have your report number and password, you cannot check your report.
4. Do not use this feature to report 9-1-1 type emergencies.
