The Kentucky Finance and Administration Cabinet Inspector General has no jurisdiction to investigate private matters.
This site enables you to submit a matter to the tip line anonymously by answering a series of questions. Alternatively, you may choose to provide your personal information so that individuals investigating the matter you are reporting may contact you. Tipline.KY.Gov allows users to file reports in over 50 languages.
The tip line is hosted by Red Flag Reporting, an independent company that specializes in providing ethics and compliance intake and reporting systems for organizations like the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Once submitted, if your concerns are within the jurisdiction of the Office of Inspector General for the Finance and Administration Cabinet, your matter will be reviewed by designated personnel within the Commonwealth of Kentucky, who will promptly, professionally and discretely respond to it.
